Combating Healthcare Inequalities Through Music Therapy

The Spark of Live Music is a non-profit organization that aims to combat healthcare inequalities through music therapy. We do this by performing music for senior facilities, collaborating with professional, board-certified music therapists to bring music therapy sessions, resources to low-income retirement homes, and teaching students how they can use music to relieve their stress, sadness through our own developed music and mental health curriculum that was reviewed by a music therapist.
